  Very courteous and Professional Service ! Honest and extremely knowledgeable on what your vehicle needs? And will not do unnecessary work. This I found after asking for a oil flush? They checked it and very politely asked why I had requested this service? I explained I had been told it was good to have this done on a vehicle with high mileage. Technician replied' that may be the case if it has not been maintained properly but mine had and it didn't need to be done. Fantastic service . Recommendations? Without a doubt.   After the job was done he was told it was 109$ because it was a European car + disposal of old oil +++. He ended up paying more than 150$!

  If they made a mistake, they should honour their quotes! It's not my fault if the guy that answered the phone did not know that a mini cooper was a European car! If I had been given the right quote I would not have sent him there as we can get it done cheaper elsewhere!

  Very disappointed. Called for information cause my husband needed oil change and he was driving through NorthBay. I asked the price for full synthetic for a mini cooper. I was told 89$. I even asked if that covered everything including filter. I was told "yes" plus a long list of fluids they would top up. Seemed reasonable so I got my husband to stop in.
