    Fit4Less would not allow me to downgrade from the Black Card membership to a 4Less membership without paying the registration fee again. Staff were deceitful when I registered, as they told me I could downgrade going forward without penalty. Management was not interested in maintaining their teams integrity and would not make good on their promise. Staff are not correctly informed of company policy and may mislead you.

    Very affordable and has just about everything you could ask for. Staff is friendly. nonjudgemental space.

    I find the North Bay location staff not friendly. They don't smile or make eye contact with the members.

    Great people and staff, very affordable, the atmosphere is nice and I love the machines and equipment they have, they're very clean there, I recommend this gym highly
