  I workout here on a regular basis, the staff are very nice and friendly, always willing to help, very clean and maintained, wide selection of machines and weights, low price of 10$ a month, overall a great gym.

  It's a decent little gym, has everything you would need for a good price. Usually not too busy as well, and the basketball court is a nice feature

  I wish there was a World Gym back in Vaughan. This World Gym was one of the best gyms I have ever been in!!!

  I was on vacation for a week and dropped into this gym a handful of times. This gym is so clean I could eat off the floor! And the staff is exceptional!

  This place is disgusting. I feel itchy when I leave. Extremely disappointed in the customer service. We've tried offering feedback and suggestions many times all of which fell upon deaf ears. We tried to lodge formal complaints and there is no way to do that. The desk attendants offer to relay it to the management which is either not happening or the management doesn't care enough to fix the problems. Regardless, the culture is one of carelessness and ambivalence. It's cheap but not that cheap that the customer experience should be this horrendous. After repeatedly being disappointed and frustrated by this place I feel relieved knowing my membership is cancelled and the nightmare is over. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

  Gym equipment is new and well kept. I loved training here!

  It's a clean and fresh gym. Lots of equipment for the price you pay. Staff is really friendly and the atmosphere is pretty tame.
